This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap for the marketing website, landing pages, and signup/onboarding funnels.
• Develop hypotheses based on analytics, session data, and user research; prioritize tests according to anticipated impact and effort required.
• Design, construct, conduct QA, and launch A/B and multivariate tests; ensure that results are statistically robust.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and copy teams to specify and deliver high-quality variants efficiently.
• Analyze outcomes, document insights, and transform successful tests into sustainable enhancements across the funnel.
• Implement funnel analytics and tracking to ensure that conversion impacts are measurable from start to finish.
• Align on-site conversions with paid and lifecycle traffic in collaboration with performance and lifecycle marketing teams.
• Enhance the velocity and rigor of experimentation as the program expands.
• Demonstrated success in managing a CRO/experimentation program that resulted in measurable conversion and revenue increases.
• Practical experience with A/B testing and CRO tools (such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize successors, Statsig, GrowthBook, or similar), web analytics (including GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar), and front-end development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
• Strong analytical skills—you possess a deep understanding of statistical significance, sample size, and how to avoid false positives independently.
• Experience in optimizing signup, onboarding, and landing-page funnels for both self-service and lead-generation strategies.
• Comfortable working closely with design, engineering, and copy teams to deliver high-quality test variants.
• Effective communicator who can translate data into actionable decisions and engage the team in the process.
