This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design, develop, and sustain responsive web applications utilizing React, AWS Amplify, TypeScript, and GraphQL APIs.
β’ Construct and enhance mobile applications through React Native and/or Flutter, focusing on offline-first design for reliability in disconnected or low-connectivity situations.
β’ Convert wireframes, mockups, and requirements into clean, functional, and user-friendly interfaces.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and backend engineers to guarantee seamless integration across systems.
β’ Lead user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continually improve the user experience.
β’ Create and manage design assets, style guides, and UI/UX workflows using Figma and Adobe XD.
β’ Implement accessibility and usability best practices to ensure compliance with federal standards, including Section 508.
β’ Diagnose, debug, and enhance front-end performance across various devices, browsers, and mobile platforms.
β’ Document processes, design decisions, and technical implementations to facilitate continuity and scalability.
β’ U.S. Citizenship is required.
β’ An active TS clearance is necessary to begin.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 8 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer, UI/UX Engineer, Mobile Developer, or in a comparable technical role.
β’ Demonstrated expertise with React, TypeScript, AWS Amplify, and GraphQL APIs.
β’ Proven experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
β’ Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
β’ Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
β’ Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform development.
β’ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote team setting.
