Front-End Developer – UI/UX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain responsive web applications utilizing React, AWS Amplify, TypeScript, and GraphQL APIs.

• Construct and enhance mobile applications through React Native and/or Flutter, focusing on offline-first design for reliability in disconnected or low-connectivity situations.

• Convert wireframes, mockups, and requirements into clean, functional, and user-friendly interfaces.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and backend engineers to guarantee seamless integration across systems.

• Lead user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continually improve the user experience.

• Create and manage design assets, style guides, and UI/UX workflows using Figma and Adobe XD.

• Implement accessibility and usability best practices to ensure compliance with federal standards, including Section 508.

• Diagnose, debug, and enhance front-end performance across various devices, browsers, and mobile platforms.

• Document processes, design decisions, and technical implementations to facilitate continuity and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• An active TS clearance is necessary to begin.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer, UI/UX Engineer, Mobile Developer, or in a comparable technical role.

• Demonstrated expertise with React, TypeScript, AWS Amplify, and GraphQL APIs.

• Proven experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.

• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.

• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform development.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote team setting.
