Front-End Developer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The Front-End Developer will engage in a project focused on maintaining and enhancing web applications and games utilizing HTML5, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.

• You will have the chance to collaborate internally or with partner clients, contributing throughout the entire lifecycle, from conception to deployment, employing agile methodologies to provide effective solutions.

• We anticipate this individual to:

• - Play a role in the project's success and the team's development;

• - Be knowledgeable about the best programming practices for the utilized technologies;

• - Produce clean, high-quality, and maintainable code;

• - Utilize an object-oriented programming approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in:

• - Semantic HTML5, advanced CSS (including Flexbox, Grid, and animations), and JavaScript/TypeScript;

• - State management for applications with high-frequency updates;

• - Real-time communication through WebSockets and/or Server-Sent Events (SSE);

• - Consuming and integrating REST APIs, with a focus on error handling, authentication, and session state management;

• - Design patterns and front-end architectural principles (such as clean code, SOLID principles, and componentization);

• - Unit and integration testing (using Jest, Testing Library, or similar tools);

• - Git with a collaborative workflow (including Pull Requests, code reviews, and branching);

• - Basic backend knowledge adequate for team communication and understanding API contracts.
