Front-end Developer II, Protect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop top-notch, high-performance front-end features using React and TypeScript that align with UX standards from the initial stages;

• Transform user requirements into delivered experiences that address real problems (beyond just specifications), collaborating closely with Product and Design;

• Advance a reusable component library and a design system that accelerates delivery for the entire team;

• Engage with back-end tasks as necessary: comprehend existing code and extend or introduce features to ensure front-end delivery is not hindered;

• Provide interfaces that excel in performance, accessibility, and practical responsiveness;

• Contribute to the development of front-end architecture and engineering practices that progress beyond the initial launch;

• Ensure code remains healthy and maintainable through reviews, testing, and ongoing enhancements;

• Shape product and technical decisions by actively participating in team discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software development

• Strong background in front-end development

• Expertise in React

• Expertise in TypeScript

• Solid understanding of modern front-end principles (performance, accessibility, responsive design)

• Experience in creating and maintaining reusable components or a design system

• Keen interest in product development.
