Front-End Developer, Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Operations

• Emphasis on front-end development, content design, and support for customer-facing content customization.

• Accountable for the creation and modification of web-based training content and phishing simulations, including branded experiences and HTML emails.

• Collaborate with the Content Team to develop new educational resources such as HTML-based training modules, videos, and infographics, while assisting both customers and internal teams with content-related inquiries.

• Design and construct educational landing pages, micro-sites, and interactive HTML content.

• Develop and personalize HTML emails and training resources for phishing simulations and customer education.

• Ensure consistent rendering of HTML emails across major email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail), while considering known limitations and peculiarities.

• Work in partnership with internal teams and customers to provide tailored web pages and email content.

• Implement customer-specific branding into training materials and course content.

• Oversee customer support tickets via Zendesk and manage internal requests through JIRA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., Web Development, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or similar), or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 3 years of direct experience in developing web content using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Demonstrated experience in building and troubleshooting HTML emails, including expertise in cross-client compatibility and email-specific limitations.

• Familiarity with creating digital content such as landing pages, emails, infographics, or multimedia assets.
