Front End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and develop interactive, responsive user interfaces for web applications or websites utilizing Vue.js and React.js.

• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end code.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for all projects.

• Develop reusable components and libraries to promote consistency and efficiency across various projects.

• Implement state management solutions, including Pinia, Zustand, Recoil, or Redux, to manage application states effectively.

• Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs to securely fetch and manipulate data.

• Ensure compatibility across different browsers and maintain responsiveness.

• Diagnose and resolve issues promptly to fix bugs.

• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other team members to seamlessly integrate front-end and back-end components.

• Keep abreast of the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

• Contribute to enhancing development processes and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Provide regular updates on project progress and communicate effectively within the team.

• Attend status meetings, kick-off meetings, creative review sessions, and brainstorming discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, website development (such as IT or computer engineering), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of development experience.

• Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and software engineers.

• Proficient in Vue or React, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

• Familiarity with using Git.

• Understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) design.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Knowledge of animation and rendering techniques for web applications.

• Experience deploying web applications to cloud platforms such as GCP, DigitalOcean, AWS, or similar.

• Preferred: Experience with PHP programming and managing WordPress sites.
