This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assess customer files, contracts, insurance papers, and project details to identify necessary deposits and out-of-pocket costs.
• Reach out to customers to collect deposits and secure payments prior to the start of projects.
• Confirm payment amounts in accordance with insurance coverage, project scope, and customer responsibilities.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions, payment activities, and account status.
• Follow up on pending deposits and payment commitments promptly.
• Work collaboratively with sales, project management, and operations teams to facilitate seamless project advancement.
• Address customer inquiries regarding deposits, payments, and financial requirements for projects.
• Document collection efforts and update internal systems with accurate account information.
• Monitor accounts to identify potential collection issues before they affect project timelines.
• Assist with the reporting and tracking of collection metrics as necessary.
• Carry out additional collection and administrative support tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is a must.
• Experience in the roofing sector is highly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Availability to work overnight or graveyard shifts aligned with Philippine time or U.S. operational hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and collections software.
• Ability to read and comprehend customer contracts, project documentation, and insurance paperwork.
• Understanding of insurance claim procedures and customer out-of-pocket obligations.
• Experience with AccuLynx is an advantage.
• A native or neutral English accent is strongly preferred.
