French/English OPI/VRI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner.

• Always be ready to take notes during conversations.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages.

• Deliver the highest standard of customer service while interpreting.

• Facilitate communication between clients and individuals with Limited French Proficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and French.

• Over 1 year of experience in telephone interpretation.

• Strong understanding of medical terminology.

• Familiarity with legal terminology is advantageous.

• International certifications in the healthcare sector are beneficial (e.g., PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA, etc.).

• High school diploma in your primary language.

• High emotional intelligence and appreciation for diverse cultures.

• Excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention abilities.
