French Speaking Immigration Counsellor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming inquiries generated from social media and marketing initiatives

• Conduct consultations with French-speaking individuals seeking Canadian immigration

• Evaluate candidates' eligibility for Express Entry and Francophone immigration pathways

• Organize webinar registrations and follow up with clients

• Interact with clients via WhatsApp, Zoom, email, and social media platforms

• Keep lead records and follow-up activities updated in CRM systems

• Support local networking and outreach efforts

• Collaborate closely with our backend immigration and language training teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French communication

• Competent in English communication

• Excellent communication and sales skills

• Professional demeanor and strong customer service abilities

• Familiarity with Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet, and social media platforms

• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up effectively

• Experience in immigration consulting, education consulting, sales, or customer service is a plus
