French Speaking Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical and lifestyle assistance to French-speaking users of Fitbit.

• Support customers with device synchronization, firmware updates, and troubleshooting account issues.

• Guide users on their fitness and wellness journeys by leveraging Fitbit data analytics and health metrics.

• Provide personalized, empathetic, and efficient communication to customers.

• Work collaboratively with an international team to improve service quality.

• Record and report user feedback to enhance the global Fitbit user experience.

• Remain informed about industry trends in Fitness & Wellness technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in French, both spoken and written.

• Possession of a valid EU passport (mandatory).

• A strong passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry along with a keen interest in wearable technology.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting consumer electronics.

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
