This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Deliver comprehensive customer support for inquiries related to products and services
• Assist customers in the proper usage of household appliances
• Address complaints by determining root causes and executing resolution strategies
• Precisely log interactions in internal systems
• Adhere to quality standards and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in French at C2 level is essential
• Proficiency in English at B2 level is necessary
• Must possess the legal right to work in Greece (EU passport, EU ID card, or valid work permit)
• A secondary school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• Prior experience in customer support, contact centers, or troubleshooting is advantageous
