📋 Description

• Develop, produce, and edit long-form YouTube videos, which include trailer breakdowns, news explainers, retrospectives, comparisons, and launch coverage.

• Edit each long-form video into vertical formats suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

• Record gameplay and supplementary B-roll footage.

• Create rapid reaction and analysis content in response to significant Rockstar announcements and releases.

• Generate meme content, edits, and reactions that resonate with the GTA community.

• Craft hooks, titles, thumbnails, and on-screen text tailored for optimization across various platforms.

• Transform high-performing GTA 6 Bible articles into engaging video content.

• Produce videos intended for the website and embed them within relevant articles.

• Collaborate effectively with the news desk and social media manager.

• Organize the weekly content schedule and determine which formats and series to prioritize.

• Evaluate performance metrics across platforms and make informed decisions for channel growth.

• Provide updates on channel performance and strategic insights during regular meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A showreel showcasing both short-form and long-form videos that you have independently produced and edited.

• A solid understanding of the Grand Theft Auto series as well as the broader gaming landscape.

• Proficiency in meme culture and a strong familiarity with gaming communities.

• Expertise in a professional editing software such as Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut Pro.

• Skills in motion graphics and captioning.

• Capability to independently capture high-quality gameplay footage.

• Proven ability to create compelling content that grabs attention within the first two seconds.

• A history of successfully growing a channel or account, preferably from its inception.

• Skill in analyzing platform analytics and utilizing performance data for informed action.

• Good judgment in determining which written stories deserve a video adaptation.

• Dependable, self-motivated work ethic with the capacity to manage a content pipeline and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to respond promptly to significant Rockstar announcements and launches.

• Comfort with on-camera presence or voiceover skills is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI clipping tools and repurposing workflows is preferred.

• Ability to create engaging thumbnails is preferred.
