This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Create social strategies tailored for patient and healthcare professional audiences that align with brand objectives, business goals, and engagement metrics.
β’ Analyze a brand's competitive social environment and translate it into a channel strategy, content pillars, and measurement suggestions.
β’ Provide guidance on page configuration, verification, and launch timelines for prescription brands, while assisting in navigating ambiguous or inconsistent platform policies for pharmaceutical use.
β’ Establish workflows for MLR-ready content, including templates, review checkpoints, fair balance and ISI conventions, AE/product-quality-complaint escalation, and comment moderation.
β’ Develop a measurement framework that integrates native social analytics with GA4, including UTM governance, taxonomy, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
β’ Contribute to an organizational-level social playbook encompassing governance, workflows, escalation processes, and archiving.
β’ Suggest practical AI-enhanced workflows for social listening, content tagging, and reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory, privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
β’ *This role involves hands-on execution rather than being solely advisory.*
β’ Over 5 years of experience in social media strategy, including 2β3+ years focused on prescription pharmaceuticals, biologics, or regulated healthcare brands (either agency or in-house).
β’ Practical experience in launching or managing prescription brand social media channels on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, or similar.
β’ Proficient understanding of FDA/OPDP promotional regulations, fair balance, MLR review processes, AE/PQC escalation, and differentiation between patient and HCP audiences β you are already applying this knowledge, not learning it on the job.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively across account management, strategy, creative, media, analytics, regulatory, legal, medical, and client teams.
β’ Excellent writing, documentation, and presentation skills for client interactions.

β’ Established support or escalation connections with Meta, LinkedIn, or other platform teams.
β’ Created social playbooks, launch checklists, or MLR-ready content systems previously.
β’ Assisted both patient and HCP communities with platform-specific insights.
β’ Utilized AI tools for social listening, tagging, analytics summaries, or workflow automation.
