This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Create a significant amount of content across various channels: social media posts and carousels, emails along with approved email text, advertisements and banners, landing pages and website content, brochures and leaflets, sales resources and e-detailing presentations (CLM/IVA), video scripts and reels, newsletters.
β’ Adapt writing style to cater to different audiences β veterinarians and clinic personnel, livestock farmers and pet owners β shifting from scientifically supported clinical writing to engaging, emotional storytelling while maintaining accuracy.
β’ Transform briefs, master assets, and scientific resources into concise, channel-specific copy; adapt and localize global materials for regional markets.
β’ Generate claims-compliant copy with proper references, navigating through systematic rounds of medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review, and providing submission-ready files within a Veeva PromoMats environment.
β’ Uphold brand voice, consistent terminology, and glossaries across numerous assets each month, adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) without compromising writing quality.
β’ Work collaboratively in an asynchronous manner with a distributed team; provide and receive well-structured feedback efficiently.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in writing content and copy for brands, including demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical or regulated health sectors β animal health preferred; human pharmaceutical experience is also acceptable.
β’ A comprehensive, practical understanding of animals: both pets and livestock.
β’ Proficient in writing about topics such as parasiticides, vaccines, nutrition, preventive care, and herd health.
β’ A portfolio that showcases a diverse range of channels: social media, email, long-form writing, and scripts.
β’ Proven ability to produce a high volume of work: multiple assets weekly, disciplined versioning, and structured feedback processes.
β’ Familiarity with claims substantiation and MLR review; experience with Veeva PromoMats is a significant advantage.
β’ Native English speaker (with Canadian/U.S. conventions and cultural fluency).
β’ Proficiency in Spanish or Canadian French is an added advantage.
