Freelance B2B Thought Leadership Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze research reports and convert them into clear, concise, and compelling LinkedIn content.

• Ensure all messaging is entirely accurate and consistent with source material.

• Simplify complex concepts into easily digestible, insight-driven short-form copy.

• Uphold consistency with the established tone of voice, content pillars, and brand guidelines.

• Craft copy across various formats, including static posts and infographics, carousel posts with strong narrative progression and storytelling, as well as adaptations for motion content.

• Create content that possesses narrative depth and conceptual clarity.

• Enhance content beyond standard templates to achieve a more unique and engaging output.

• Collaborate closely with a Creative Strategist to implement the established content strategy.

• Utilize strategic thinking in execution, with chances to contribute innovative ideas.

• Occasionally assist with direct client requests (infrequent, depending on timezone alignment).

• Deliver work within deadlines while handling multiple content pieces simultaneously.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in B2B copywriting, editorial, or thought leadership content.

• Strong capability to transform research-intensive or complex material into clear, engaging messaging.

• Excellent command of tone, structure, and narrative flow.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Experience writing for LinkedIn or professional audiences.

• Ability to generate high-quality short-form content at scale.

• Familiarity with LLMs (AI tools) as a workflow and quality assurance support tool.

• Background in editorial writing, trade publications, journalism, or corporate communications, or insights-driven content.

• Experience with research reports, data-driven content, or trend analysis.

• Experience in a remote, cross-functional work environment.
