Freelance B2B Telesales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Initiate phone communication with CEOs and key decision-makers in the B2B sector.

• Follow up with organizations that have already received an introductory message.

• Proactively acquire new clients via phone calls.

• Conduct needs assessments and provide consultative sales discussions.

• Present services during video meetings.

• Prepare and follow up on proposals effectively.

• Close B2B contracts successfully.

• Maintain and document customer interactions in the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: At least 2 years of sales experience.

• Experience in acquiring new customers through phone outreach.

• Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with CEOs and decision-makers.

• High self-motivation and strong closing capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language, both verbal and written.

• Must have a fully equipped home office with a Microsoft device.

• Personal laptop or PC with a Windows operating system is required.

• Stable internet connection is essential.

• A professional headset is necessary.

• Quiet workspace is a must.

• Proficient use of email, CRM, and communication tools is required.

• Advantageous: Experience in B2B sales.
