Fraud and Identity Management Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Interact with potential and current clients by delivering expert pre- and post-sales consultation on technical or analytical solutions.

• Strengthen client relationships, initiate new programs/revenues, and enhance Equifax's presence within designated accounts.

• Identify and agree upon top-tier solutions for Equifax customers.

• Maintain an extensive understanding of the fraud and financial crimes environment.

• Offer client support through business solutions and technical consulting.

• Mentor sales, technical, and other business consultants on general fraud management strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Fraud Management, Authentication, and Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer.

• More than 7 years of experience in the industry.

• At least 7 years of experience in a client-facing consulting capacity.

• Strong consultative client management and solution management abilities.

• Excellent negotiation and contracting skills.

• Proficient in issue management and resolution.

• Graduate Degree in ACAMS, and/or CFE.

• Bilingual in English and French.
