Fraud Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of fraud patterns identified within our customers’ traffic.

• Enhance the long-term effectiveness of our fraud detection across the DataDome product lineup.

• Address customer inquiries related to fraud case analysis and reporting.

• Play a key role in the development of fraud detection products by acting as a power user, suggesting UI improvements, new detection signals, and more.

• Collaborate with Solution Engineers to gather customer insights, meet detection performance standards, and influence product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• A genuine enthusiasm for data exploration and analysis.

• Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong time management and prioritization capabilities.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Exceptional ability to automate tasks using scripting and AI.

• Experience in cyber security (specifically web threats) or fraud detection.
