This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide guidance and assistance to Franchise Owners through a consultative method to help them attain and surpass their strategic objectives.
• Act as a reliable partner to school leadership, ensuring the provision of top-tier early education, trusted care, and exceptional service throughout the Primrose network.
• Cultivate and maintain consultative relationships with Franchise Owners and school administrators, promoting trust, collaboration, and collective accountability for performance and outcomes.
• Offer comprehensive support across enrollment and marketing, business management, education, and operations, utilizing data, industry best practices, and network insights to promote ongoing improvement.
• Evaluate school performance metrics and quality indicators, collaborating with school leadership to create and execute actionable plans for growth, enhancement, and sustained success.
• Lead strategic planning and goal-setting discussions with Franchise Owners, ensuring alignment with Primrose’s mission, premium brand standards, and business goals.
• Mentor and coach Franchise Owners and school leaders on effective strategies related to enrollment growth, financial management, curriculum execution, and staff development.
• Perform quality assurance and Service Excellence Assurance tasks, documenting strengths and areas for improvement through actionable plans and following up to guarantee consistent adherence to Primrose brand standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational challenges, brand non-compliance, reportable incidents, and school-related issues, guiding schools through resolutions with empathy, professionalism, and care.
• Partner with regional team members, cross-functional collaborators, vendors, and regulatory bodies to provide integrated support, ensure compliance, and share insights that enhance the broader network.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in multi-unit management.
• Familiarity with franchising and early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of State and National Accreditation and State Childcare Licensing regulations is preferred.
• Demonstrated history of driving performance and delivering quantifiable results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of managing conflict and difficult conversations while influencing without authority.
• Ability to undertake projects with a significant level of autonomy.
• Effective problem-solver who utilizes time efficiently and effectively.
