Franchise Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Attain operational and business performance objectives for the designated portfolio of Franchisees.

• Oversee the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process in collaboration with Franchisees.

• Align key focus areas with Franchisees to enhance sales, profitability, and network expansion.

• Create a coaching plan for Franchisees through consistent check-ins.

• Monitor and evaluate ongoing data and analytics to inform Franchisee strategies.

• Minimum: High School diploma or GED.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (4 Year).

• Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years.

• Previous leadership experience is required.
