FP&A Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Retrieve and download financial information from diverse sources

• Explore automation possibilities for recurring financial outputs

• Execute monthly reconciliation of spending and headcount

• Generate actuals reporting and conduct variance analysis

• Perform trend analysis and develop financial projections

• Create both standardized and tailored reports for Taulia management and other stakeholders

• Monitor performance data and present summaries for different audiences

• Assist with additional finance and accounting projects as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Business, Finance, or Accounting program

• Availability for full-time employment

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Demonstrates a positive attitude, initiative, self-motivation, and ambition

• Willingness to engage in various projects

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Dependable team collaborator

• Eager to learn new skills

• Enthusiastic about working with numbers

• Detail-oriented

• Nice to have: Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite

• Nice to have: Previous work experience in finance or accounting roles
