FP&A Graduate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gibraltar.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of regular financial reports, which include variance analysis and performance summaries.

• Aid in analyzing financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to detect initial trends and provide insights to support business decisions, under supervision.

• Help in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets, gaining an understanding of the underlying processes.

• Participate in the development and upkeep of financial models and forecasting tools, learning industry best practices.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect financial data, emphasizing accuracy and comprehension of data sources.

• Assist in crafting presentations for senior management and stakeholders, obtaining exposure to executive-level communication.

• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed, enhancing your analytical skills.

• Support the formulation of business cases for new initiatives and investments, learning the financial evaluation process.

• Aid in various aspects of the month-end and year-end closing processes, gaining insight into accounting cycles.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of FP&A processes and procedures by identifying learning opportunities and proposing improvements.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.

• No previous professional experience necessary; relevant internships or academic projects will be considered a plus.
