FP&A Data Analyst, Japan Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain KPI dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI to assist FP&A and wider business stakeholders.

• Construct automated reporting solutions to replace manual methods, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of financial and operational reporting.

• Collaborate with the FP&A Manager to determine key performance metrics and translate business needs into technical data solutions.

• Oversee data connections, transformations, and model structures within Power BI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical position.

• Strong expertise in Power BI and dashboard creation.

• Comprehensive understanding of KPI framework design and financial/operational metrics.

• Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and SQL for data querying.

• Capability to automate repetitive reporting tasks and optimize data workflows.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy.

• A self-motivated individual who can work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a contract-based environment.

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
