FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain financial models to aid in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

• Evaluate financial data and deliver insights to facilitate strategic decision-making processes.

• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports punctually.

• Work collaboratively with various departments to collect and analyze financial data.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct variance analysis.

• Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

• Demonstrated expertise with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite is crucial.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
