Founding GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Founding GTM Engineer to create, develop, manage, and expand a cutting-edge, AI-driven revenue engine.

• This role carries significant responsibility and autonomy, reporting directly to the CRO.

• It is a unique opportunity for a builder in a greenfield environment.

• You will be responsible for every aspect of our outbound revenue engine, including the creation of intelligent workflows to automate account prioritization, assignments, prospect research, campaign automation, and data integrity.

• You will design the data, systems, and processes that empower us to identify targets, determine engagement timing, and strategize approaches.

• You will develop automations that reduce manual tasks, enhance every customer interaction, and allow our AEs and SDRs to experience a significant boost in productivity.

• Your role will require strategic thinking, rapid execution, data-driven experimentation, and the ability to create leverage that results in substantial pipeline generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• GTM Expert. You are passionate about GTM and possess an in-depth understanding of the data, tools, workflows, and terminology associated with a modern GTM function. You have a well-informed perspective on essential aspects of GTM structure, such as territory design, coverage models, and AE/SDR ROE.

• Builder. You have constructed systems that integrate data and automations into intelligent workflows. The emphasis is on having built them—rather than inherited, adjusted, or optimized.

• AI and Automation Fluency. You have experience developing LLMs in production settings and are adept at creating no/low-code automations.

• Professionally curious. You are committed to continuous learning, keeping abreast of the latest developments, refining your skills, and engaging in discussions with peers.

• Data-driven. You make decisions based on data, working in iterative sprints to ship, learn, and refine your approach swiftly.

• Clear communicator. You possess critical thinking skills and can articulate your thoughts clearly and logically, both in writing and verbally.

• High ownership. You are comfortable being held accountable for achieving ambitious goals within tight deadlines.

• Autonomous. You excel in working independently in a remote setting due to your self-motivation, comfort with uncertainty, discipline, and high agency.
