Founding Demand Generation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Demand Strategy: Develop and implement Clasp's comprehensive demand generation plan, guiding it from initial awareness to scheduled meetings across paid, organic, account-based marketing (ABM), and partnership channels.

• Manage the Funnel: Oversee the tracking and reporting of Clasp's demand funnel metrics within HubSpot, including MAL, MQL, SQL, and CAC.

• Enhance the Infrastructure: Ensure the systems and campaign tracking that power the marketing engine are continuously improved, guaranteeing that every campaign has accurate, attributable data from inception to conclusion.

• Drive Content Demand: Spearhead Clasp's thought-leadership initiatives (white papers, reports, blogs, videos), webinars, and content collaborations.

• Determine which channels effectively reach the appropriate audience and generate leads for the team.

• Establish a documented feedback loop with Sales regarding lead quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, including a minimum of 2 years building a demand engine from the ground up at a Series B or earlier startup.

• Proven ability to function as the sole hands-on marketing professional in a small team, while also being prepared to guide a second team member's execution as the function expands.

• You have defined the funnel stages and metrics independently; you did not inherit an existing framework.

• Demonstrated ownership of a lead-volume target, supported by data reflecting both accomplishments and shortcomings.

• Practical experience in configuring lead scoring, attribution, and campaign tracking within HubSpot.

• A history of establishing channel and content strategies rather than merely executing another person's directives.
