This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accurately process and manage foreclosure cases while adhering to client-specific, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare, review, and file documents related to foreclosure, ensuring they are complete and accurate.
• Input and maintain data in case management systems, ensuring records are updated in real-time and deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members, Supervisors, and Managers to ensure an efficient workflow and achieve departmental objectives.
• Adhere to established procedures and compliance guidelines; identify potential issues and escalate them when appropriate.
• Generate reports on file status, timelines, and other key metrics as requested by management.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and propose process enhancements.
• Assist in training new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices as required.
• Ensure all tasks and filings are completed within the designated timeframes to prevent delays and maintain client satisfaction.
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in foreclosure, mortgage servicing, or a related legal field.
• Familiarity with foreclosure processes, legal terminology, and state-specific regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all assignments.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and both firm and client case management systems.
• Ability to adhere to procedures and consistently meet deadlines.
• Capacity to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
• Capability to problem-solve and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
