Food Technologist, Food Chemist, Food Technician, Nutritional Scientist – Auditor for System and Supplier Audits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform audits specific to customers and suppliers within the food sector, executed on-site according to industry standards (including IFS Food, QS).

• Independently arrange and organize audit tasks, coordinating appointment schedules with central deployment planning.

• Execute audits and manage pre- and post-audit activities in accordance with accreditation standards and internal processes.

• Compile audit reports that meet formal and content requirements in both German and/or English.

⛳️ Requirements

• A successful bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in food science or a related bioscience discipline, or a completed professional higher-education qualification in food.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the food industry or experience in conducting food safety inspections as part of official food oversight.

• Strong customer focus and a passion for engaging directly with clients on-site.

• A friendly, courteous demeanor coupled with an approachable personality.

• Ideally, already accredited or certified as an auditor.

• A valid Category B driving license and a willingness to travel frequently for work.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English (at least B2) that enhances your profile.
