Flex Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a Flex Agent (1099 Independent Contractor Agent) at Mainstay and take charge of your earning potential while delivering vital real estate services.

• Carry out designated tasks on behalf of clients, receiving compensation based on the work completed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active real estate license in at least one state.

• Experience in real estate transactions, including traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination is preferred.

• Capability to complete assigned tasks punctually and with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions along with diligent documentation.

• Proficient technical skills: familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the capacity to operate across multiple systems simultaneously.

• Strong negotiation skills, a passion for winning, and a relentless attitude.

• Reliable transportation for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs.

• Access to a smartphone and computer for task execution, documentation, and communication.
