• Lead a team focused on AI-First Engineering.

• Manage and expand a team of 3 to 6 engineers.

• Prioritize data security and compliance as essential aspects.

• At least 6 years of experience in software development.

• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or engineering management role.

• Proven experience managing a team of 3 or more developers.
