This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Oversee program information and resources while managing application processes for a designated program portfolio.
• Provide guidance to students regarding factors influencing enrollment decisions, including location, program selection, program characteristics, course choices, and transfer credits.
• Address inquiries from students, families, institutional partners, and IFSA colleagues.
• Support students throughout the pre-arrival journey, covering visa procedures, travel arrangements, academics, housing, and cultural adjustments.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive student records are maintained within IFSA’s Salesforce system.
• Generate and analyze reports on student records to identify data trends related to the program portfolio.
• Manage intricate enrollment procedures, such as applications to host universities and course selection.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues across various divisions and at host institutions.
• Assist in the development and updating of documents and materials, including application forms and student advising resources.
• Supervise Student Engagement interns, delegating tasks efficiently to provide timely support to students.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in areas such as higher education, sales, study abroad, hospitality, or non-profit sectors.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to work independently while juggling multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, aiming to achieve results and enhance processes continuously.
• Strong technological and software skills, including proficiency in engaging with various systems, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and engage positively with coworkers.
• Experience in connecting with and supporting a diverse student population, including students of color, students with disabilities, first-generation college students, and LGBTQIA+ students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Adaptability and capability to thrive in dynamic and uncertain environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of the USA undergraduate education system is essential.
• Must possess the legal right to work in Peru.
