⛳️ Requirements

• Have prior experience or a strong passion for the financial market, including investments, banking, credit, insurance, foreign exchange (FX), or related fields;

• Have a background in banks, brokerages, advisory firms, investment consultancies, fintechs, family offices, insurers, or other financial organizations;

• Hold a solid technical foundation in financial products such as fixed income, funds, pension/retirement offerings, equities, credit, FX, insurance, and banking options;

• Exhibit a history of high performance in areas such as consultative sales, client relationship management, analysis, planning, or operations;

• Ability to communicate financial concepts in a simple, clear, and responsible manner;

• Possess a consultative mindset and recognize the importance of nurturing high-quality relationships over short-term sales;

• Have a passion for learning, research, and keeping abreast of the economic landscape, financial products, regulations, and investor behaviors;

• Demonstrate an ownership mentality, accountability to clients, and a commitment to excellence;
