Financial Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Finance teams and Everfield’s Business Intelligence team to enhance financial reporting and analytics.

• Partner with data engineers to develop sustainable data pipelines.

• Transform financial data into actionable insights.

• Align with key stakeholders to comprehend reporting requirements.

• Develop feature enhancement and communication strategies.

• Identify new financial data variables for portfolio-level capture.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to assess feasibility and suggest improvements.

• Design proof-of-concept solutions for user acceptance testing.

• Maintain and refresh Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Extract raw financial data from NetSuite and other upstream sources.

• Enhance data quality and efficiency.

• Assist portfolio companies with quality assurance of their financial data.

• Construct data systems and pipelines following a medallion architecture.

• Automate workflows utilizing Python (Pandas, PySpark).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial data analysis within an international or complex setting.

• Proficient experience with NetSuite ERP (data extraction and reporting).

• Practical experience with Python (Pandas, PySpark) and Power BI (DAX, data modeling).

• Familiarity with SQL and data modeling.

• Experience in a DevOps or Agile environment.

• Proficient in English.
