Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct financial assistance to the CFO or Finance Manager, executing recurring finance tasks independently.

• Oversee and track bank account activities in collaboration with finance leadership, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Assist in ongoing financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis as required.

• Discover and apply opportunities to automate financial processes utilizing AI tools, including invoicing, reconciliations, expense tracking, and regular financial reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in finance, preferably acquired by directly supporting a CFO or finance manager.

• Not suitable for entry-level candidates or recent graduates; must possess adequate business acumen to work independently.

• Proven finance-specific skill set; this role is tailored for a Financial Analyst, not a general administrative position.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Exceptional finance skills may compensate for English fluency if the candidate is otherwise an outstanding match.
