• Ensure precision in the Logistics and Supply Chain overhead results and forecasts for the Eastern European market.
• Serve as a reliable Finance Business Partner for EE Supply Chain leaders and Logistics stakeholders.
• Drive insightful analysis of monthly logistics outcomes in collaboration with SCFS and Logistics teams.
• Develop and present action plans alongside logistics stakeholders, emphasizing financial impacts and opportunities.
• Co-manage savings initiatives and assist in the design of EU logistics transformation projects.
• Monitor logistics efficiencies, ensuring a clear correlation between operational KPIs and financial outcomes by utilizing internal and external transport benchmarks.
• Act as the primary contact for logistics inquiries, issue resolution, and support during the transition to the new ERP system.
• Aid logistics tendering processes by providing financial insights and evaluations.
• Collaborate with supply leads to review timelines and processes that control volume developments, business waste exposures, and forecast accuracy.
• Work together with the central SC finance team on financial processes such as forecasting, strategic outlook, and business planning.
• Provide adequate support to BG Finance teams, particularly in reporting, result management, and performance oversight.
• Ensure adherence to the relevant components of the Financial Control Framework and governance standards.
• Relevant years of experience in Finance roles (Controlling, Performance Management & FMCG industry experience is preferred).
• End-to-end understanding of Cost / P&L with practical experience gained from previous roles and a sufficient grasp of end-to-end Logistics.
• Strong understanding of Forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently in a highly dynamic environment.
• Business acumen – quickly absorbs new information and applies new techniques, technologies, and procedures to enhance efficiencies in daily operations.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation – capable of integrating diverse data points to draw conclusions; employs a systematic approach to identify and eliminate root causes; identifies solutions to problems.
