Finance Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to facilitate deal processing.

• Coordinate with external lending partners to supply necessary information and documentation.

• Generate required documents for each deal to ensure that order management and lending partners possess the essential materials for processing.

• Monitor, track, troubleshoot, and report on deals as they progress through our deal pipeline.

• Communicate both internally and externally regarding strategy, process clarification, and financial details pertinent to the deal.

• Offer consultative insights to GTM leadership on optimal positioning of VF deals.

• Conduct deal pricing analyses using Excel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, financial analysis, sales operations, order management, and/or pricing is preferred; experience working for a direct lender in a similar role is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance from US/UK/Canada/Australia, or at least 4 years of work experience with multinational corporations.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

• Experience in team management or project leadership.

• Detail-oriented with demonstrated data analysis capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills; must be adept at building and maintaining strong partnerships with sales and internal departments.

• A self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to manage high volumes of deal requests.
