Finance Manager – Deal Desk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to define growth strategies.

• Assess trade-offs and formulate strategic forecasts for intricate deals.

• Convert complex financial data into understandable and actionable insights.

• Find a balance between short-term efficiency and long-term effects.

• Guide growth and go-to-market strategies through thorough financial analysis.

• Develop and manage scenario-based topline forecasts.

• Present financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders and executive audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or similar roles.

• At least 2 years of focused experience in a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations capacity.

• Demonstrated experience in shaping growth or go-to-market strategies through financial analysis.

• Proficient in creating and managing scenario-based topline forecasts.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, particularly in financial modeling and scenario analysis.

• Capability to clearly convey financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders and executive audiences.

• Relevant experience in healthcare, either directly or through consulting with a healthcare focus.

• Must reside in the United States; currently, we are not hiring in Hawaii.
