Finance Manager, CPA Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire accounting cycle, which includes the month-end close process.

• Generate financial statements and comprehensive reports.

• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial records.

• Shorten the month-end closing period from 5 days to 3 days.

• Recognize inefficiencies and enhance accounting workflows.

• Develop scalable processes and maintain proper documentation.

• Supervise and manage the bookkeeping team along with the accounts payable clerk.

• Guarantee the quality, precision, and timeliness of all work.

• Oversee and allocate landed costs for various products.

• Ensure precise cost tracking and margin transparency.

• Deliver financial insights and analyses to aid in informed decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Operations to track performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in ecommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments.

• Proven experience managing the complete accounting cycle and financial reporting.

• Strong grasp of accounting principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
