Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the revenue, expense, and cash forecasting process, collaborating closely with accounting teams to ensure conformity with accounting standards.

• Create and enhance models, integrating key drivers to evaluate and enhance performance.

• Deliver clear insights into trends, risks, and opportunities to facilitate proactive decision-making.

• Serve as a trusted financial partner to senior commercial leaders, providing guidance on bookings, cost of sales, and strategic investment choices.

• Collaborate across functions to evaluate pipeline health, pricing strategies, and revenue impacts.

• Ensure strong controls and governance throughout revenue processes and reporting.

• Assist with audit activities and uphold the integrity of financial data.

• Promote best practices in NetSuite ERP across all business areas; act as a financial systems resource for Served with Honor.

• Improve forecasting capabilities through the utilization of data and AI-driven tools.

• Oversee, train, and mentor accounting personnel.

• Engage with all organizational levels to resolve issues, enhance processes, and support the education and training of staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.

• Strong expertise in GAAP and variance analysis.

• Experience with NetSuite ERP systems is preferred.

• Proven ability to lead and manage finance personnel and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills; advanced Excel proficiency is required; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.

• Demonstrated capability to work effectively with all organizational levels.

• Experience in implementing and optimizing accounting and finance technology platforms.

• Outstanding communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to think strategically while executing effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record in building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
