Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create and distribute precise client invoices for subscription and usage-based services.

• Keep accounts receivable records up to date and guarantee that billing cycles are accurate and prompt.

• Track outstanding balances and uphold financial documentation.

• Handle payment collections through professional and consistent communication with clients.

• Address overdue accounts while preserving positive customer relationships.

• Act as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries, invoice-related questions, payment logistics, and account issues.

• Maintain revenue forecasts, cash flow projections, runway models, and various financial planning tools.

• Compile monthly financial reports for executive leadership.

• Design and manage financial dashboards that deliver actionable business insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• At least 2 years of experience in a startup or small business setting with comprehensive ownership of finance processes.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, particularly in financial modeling.

• Experience in creating business dashboards with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Experience in managing accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment collections.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
