Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete accounting operations cycle, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger.

• Prepare precise financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Ensure adherence to both local and international accounting standards.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.

• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

• Develop and execute financial policies and internal controls.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid in business decision-making.

• Supervise and mentor members of the finance/accounting team.

• Enhance accounting processes through the use of QuickBooks and other financial systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required.

• Must be based in Pakistan.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the accounting and finance sectors.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

• Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and auditing processes.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple priorities.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience collaborating with international clients or remote teams.

• Familiarity with multi-entity or multi-currency accounting.

• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.

• Experience in process improvement or system implementation.
