Finance Expert – Real Assets, Project Finance & Resources

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze finance workflows and task designs for professional authenticity, clarity, scope, and internal coherence.

• Evaluate task inputs, business context, anticipated analyses, and decision-making procedures.

• Identify any missing assumptions, unclear instructions, and significant edge cases.

• Highlight tasks that are excessively broad or unrealistic.

• Deliver concise, organized written feedback along with actionable suggestions.

• Work in collaboration with other finance specialists to uphold uniform evaluation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of pertinent professional experience for Practitioner Track

• 10–16 years of pertinent professional experience for Senior Reviewer Track

• Practical experience in Real estate underwriting, Project finance, Infrastructure finance, Energy finance, Mining, and Natural resources investing

• Strong proficiency in Cash-flow modeling, Financial valuation, Debt structuring, and Sensitivity and scenario analysis

• Capability to link legal, operational, technical, and market factors to financial results and investment decisions.

• Outstanding written communication abilities

• Exceptional attention to detail and the skill to assess work against established quality standards.

• Experience in reviewing analyst work, approving financial analyses, implementing quality controls, or developing evaluation standards is preferred.

• Previous involvement in AI evaluation, data annotation, workflow validation, or structured review projects is advantageous.
