Finance Director – Regional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Regional Vice President and the operational team to meet the financial and operational goals of the Region.

• Oversee financial aspects of new business and retention proposals from the bidding stage to contract execution.

• Take charge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing activities for the regional portfolio.

• Create and execute solutions to address business challenges and fulfill financial obligations.

• Prepare cash flow projections and scenario analyses to aid executive decision-making on contract negotiations, renewals, and new business opportunities.

• Provide ongoing training for regional staff and operations teams regarding financial procedures and relevant initiatives.

• Ensure data accuracy, adherence to best practices, and compliance with both internal and external controls.

• Formulate, analyze, interpret, and enforce financial policies, practices, and procedures.

• Collaborate with senior managers across various functions to enhance internal controls and boost growth and profitability.

• Supervise the regional finance team and deliver strategic financial insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.

• An MBA or CPA is preferred.

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance/accounting is required.

• Previous experience in leading and developing a team is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities are essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools is necessary.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities is essential.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25%, including overnight trips.
