Finance Compliance Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• You will be building the Finance & Compliance direction, which aids the company in scaling without losing transparency and control.

• Your role involves not only preparing reports but also enhancing processes, coordinating interactions with local administrators and auditors, and ensuring that financial operations and internal processes comply with the requirements of various jurisdictions.

• You will work with critically important financial data and directly influence the transparency, control, and resilience of the company's financial function.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have 3–5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field, with a solid understanding of how financial reporting and Finance & Compliance processes operate.

• You are proficient in Excel, and experience with VBA or SQL will be considered an advantage.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field.

• You possess an Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher, sufficient for working with documentation, local administrators, and auditors.

• You enjoy taking ownership: you do not wait for ready-made solutions but independently drive tasks from idea to outcome.

• You are detail-oriented, responsibly handling financial data and valuing accuracy in your work.

• You are skilled in building collaborative communication with various stakeholders—from internal teams to external auditors.
