Finance & Accounting Lead – Trilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Accountable for journal entries and reconciliation of accounts for the local office.

• Collaborates with the Local Controller in the implementation and maintenance of a robust internal control system.

• Engages in general accounting activities.

• Aids in the formulation of policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls are established.

• Conducts technical accounting research on various GAAP-related topics.

• Executes routines for fixed assets.

• Performs analyses and oversees controls of the general ledger in accordance with BRGAAP and USGAAP standards.

• Assists in the preparation and collection of documentation related to both internal and external audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Public Accounting and/or a multinational business environment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and BRGAAP (IFRS) internal controls and financial reporting is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills in both Portuguese and English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
