This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Ensure consistent execution of Visual Merchandising (VM) across the network.
• Regularly visit stores (weekly) to implement seasonal VM updates, verify adherence to guidelines, and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the correct implementation and maintenance of VM elements, proactively spotting and reporting any inconsistencies or issues (such as outdated seasonal imagery, damaged materials, or incorrect personalization elements) to uphold brand standards and quality of execution.
• Tailor VM guidelines from our European headquarters to fit local contexts (including assortment clusters, store limitations, and consumer profiles).
• Act as the primary VM contact on-site.
• Serve as the main point of contact for store personnel and partner store teams regarding all VM-related matters, fostering strong working relationships.
• Train and mentor store staff on VM standards to ensure consistency between visits.
• Manage partner store relationships with tact, finding practical in-store compromises while preserving brand integrity.
• Bridge communication between the field and the central team.
• Provide organized reporting to the central team (including photos, observations, feedback, and competitor insights) using a shared template on a regular schedule.
• Work closely with the Sales team, partner store account representatives, and store coordinators for day-to-day operational harmony.
• Raise recurring issues to the central team when necessary, sharing insights on effective practices, challenges, and needed adaptations.
• A background in retail with practical experience in Visual Merchandising, whether in a dedicated VM role or as a store/assistant store manager responsible for VM within their location.
• Familiarity with department store environments (such as El Corte Inglés) or partner/franchise retail is a distinct advantage.
• Strong capability to interpret and apply VM guidelines within real store settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with store staff while maintaining brand standards.
• Organizational discipline to handle a demanding travel schedule, multiple locations, and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Spanish at a native or fully fluent level, along with a strong professional command of English (all guidelines, training materials, and communication with our European HQ are in English).
• A valid driving license and a willingness to travel extensively across Spain on a weekly basis.
