This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Configure, install, troubleshoot, maintain networks, and train users on a diverse range of products and services.
• Provide consulting and strategic professional support to address high-end product and recurring issues.
• Lead technical initiatives and share problem-solving techniques while guiding others through processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the utilization of Ricoh equipment, supplies, and services.
• Assemble, adjust, maintain, and share expertise regarding product and equipment operations.
• Advocate for Ricoh support functions and offerings while managing customer requirements.
• Effectively manage personal time and schedule while assisting with the coordination of multiple solutions.
• Foster productive relationships with customers and Ricoh personnel.
• Implement workload management and call-handling procedures.
• Conduct customer training, observe equipment and workflow, and deliver solution presentations.
• Achieve response-time, repair-time, quality, productivity, and cost-control objectives.
• Complete administrative tasks, logs, processes, reports, and maintain tracking-system records.
• Maintain assigned vehicle stock or customer on-site inventory.
• Engage in Ricoh Extra Value program opportunities and perform other assigned responsibilities.
• Possess a valid state driver's license and meet minimum auto insurance coverage as per Ricoh policy for positions requiring extensive personal vehicle use.
• High school diploma is required.
• Desired experience includes classes or knowledge in computer, electronics, mechanics, basic networking, basic connectivity, and printing software applications.
• Meet the criteria for the Technology Services Training Role Inventory and Certification Program for the designated role.
• Demonstrate advanced technology skills for independent work.
• Proficient in the advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Skilled in using computers, mobile technology, and associated applications or systems.
• Exhibit advanced multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Able to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• Skilled in resolving conflicts and overcoming technical, customer, and logistical challenges.
• Willingness to travel extensively by automobile or on foot between customer locations; outdoor work in varied weather conditions may be necessary.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to move wheeled objects weighing up to 400 pounds and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, using ladders, and dexterity with calculators, keyboards, and hand tools.
• Availability for shift work, overtime, standby, and/or on-call duties may be required.
