This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
• Install, configure, and commission emissions monitoring instrumentation at client locations.
• Coordinate installation timelines with clients, site contacts, and the internal engineering team.
• Maintain and repair monitoring equipment as necessary.
• Diagnose and rectify field equipment malfunctions to reduce system downtime and prevent data loss.
• Keep an accurate inventory of spare parts, consumables, and forecast equipment needs.
• Communicate the status of equipment, service requirements, and compliance risks to clients, supervisors, and engineering/compliance teams.
• Provide clients with foundational training and support for daily system operations.
• Adhere to company, client, and OSHA safety policies as well as site-specific permit requirements.
• Utilize personal protective equipment and follow established safety protocols.
• Ensure equipment uptime and data availability meet or exceed expectations.
• Work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Maintain Qube’s safety standards and deliver a positive, professional experience for clients.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of company assets both physically and digitally.
• 1–3+ years of experience in instrumentation, industrial electronics, or emissions/environmental monitoring systems.
• An associate degree or technical certification in electronics, instrumentation, environmental science, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, mechanical, software, and electrical aptitude.
• Experience with MS Office programs is essential.
• General experience with various software programs and the ability to learn new ones is a plus.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites, including occasional overnight trips as needed.
• Honesty and transparency in all aspects of the position.
• Ability to work outdoors and in industrial settings under varying weather conditions.
• Capability to climb ladders/stairs and utilize basic hand tools.
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment/tools weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Openness to regular travel to client locations, including occasional multi-day trips.
• Willingness to undertake fly-in and fly-out work as required.
• Employee-provided work truck and valid insurance suitable for field service needs.
• Ability to securely store spare parts and equipment from the employee's home base, approximately 200 square feet is needed.
• Demonstrated experience working independently with limited direct supervision.
• Mileage reimbursement at the current government-approved mileage rate.
• Storage allowance provided.
• Company-provided safety orientations and adherence to site-specific safety protocols.
• Support for the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with company/client safety procedures.
