Field Service Technician – Templin Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Carry out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer locations and system operators.

• Offer customer-focused support to our clients, including heating contractors, both via phone and on-site to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Assist colleagues in the technical field service throughout your assigned area.

• Participate in on-call duties to ensure prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training specific to the job as an HVAC systems technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building systems electrician, or electrician/electrical installer; additional qualifications as a Meister (master craftsman) or technician are advantageous.

• Relevant professional experience in field/customer service, such as in heating systems, refrigeration, or HVAC and ventilation systems.

• Hold a Category 1 refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein); having a Category 2 certificate is a plus.

• Valid driving license (Class B).

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.
