Field Service Technician, Technik/Techniczka Serwisu

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Repair and maintenance of RVM machines

• Service, preventive work, and cleaning of RVM machines

• Assembly, installation, and disassembly of RVM machines

• Optimization and adjustment of equipment at various client locations

• Regular visits to clients based on assigned tasks

• Administrative and operational tasks, including closing orders in the system, handling spare parts, and internal logistics

• Collaboration with the technical support department to resolve issues related to service work and assigned tasks

• Participation in various interesting projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical secondary education (in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, or mechatronics)

• Proficiency in English sufficient for working with instructions in English

• Experience in a similar position

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system, from Monday to Saturday (equivalent work time system - a day off during the week for working Saturday)

• Ability to work with electrical devices with a voltage of up to 400V

• Familiarity with the MS Office suite

• Category B driving license
